SESSION LENGTH & NUMBER OF SESSIONS

Each session lasts on average one hour.
Minor cases require about 3 sessions, for normal and major cases allow between 4 to 8 sessions.

TIME

Consulting hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm, Saturday to Wednesday
For Public Holidays, Thursday, Fridays, bookings after 7.00pm and Emergencies please call 050 65 72 806.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we do ask that if you are cancelling; please give a minimum of 48 hours notice so that others may have the opportunity to take your session. Failure to do so can result in a cancellation charge of upto 60% of the full appointment cost.

PAYMENT & METHODS OF PAYMENT

Appointments are paid for after the session and we accept Cash and Cheques. (ATM Machines are available on Campus).

Credit Card payments can only be accepted in advance of a booked session, and for this we use the PayPal Credit Card Secure Payment Service.
